Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data NikolicMedia collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It only covers nikolicmedia.com — not any advertising accounts or platforms we manage for clients, which are covered separately in client agreements.

1. Who we are

NikolicMedia is a performance marketing agency operated by Marko Nikolic.

2. What data we collect

We keep this to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to booking requests:

• Booking details — when you book a call through our Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any notes you add. This is processed by Calendly, LLC, not stored directly on our servers.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

3. Why we process this data

• To schedule and prepare for strategy calls you request (contract/pre-contract necessity)
• To keep the site secure and functioning (legitimate interest)

4. Third parties we use

We rely on a small number of external services to run this site:

• Calendly — handles our booking calendar and processes the details you submit when booking a call. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site. This may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's listed above.

5. Cookies

This site does not currently set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Calendly widget and Google Fonts may set limited technical cookies as part of how those services function. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent option.

6. How long we keep data

Booking and contact information is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if we start working together, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by Danish accounting or tax law.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you think we've mishandled your data

8. International transfers

Some of our third-party providers (Calendly, Google) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, they rely on their own safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses — see their respective privacy policies linked above for details.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the "last updated" date at the top.
